Refund Policy
Because fresh flowers are a natural and perishable product, flowers are non returnable and are non refundable. Please contact info@katiepeckett.com or call 0114 2664249 within 24 hours of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with the product received. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Age Policy
To order online you must be of age to own a credit / Debit card in your name.
Pricing Information
All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT and delivery charges. We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to change prices. We will confirm any changes with you by email or telephone or by your order confirmation document. Available in the UK only. Please phone for any overseas orders.
Cancellations and Complaints
After the flowers have left our premises we are unable to cancel the order without incurring a cancellation fee. All complaints are dealt with very seriously, any handling of complaints are fair, confidential, effective and speedy, if you have any problems with your flowers please call us immediately!
Cancellation of Wedding Flowers
Wedding flowers from Katie Peckett are chosen after consultation and are designed as a bespoke service for our brides. Flowers are often ordered in advance to ensure that our brides have the exact flowers they have chosen. Any wedding flower orders cancelled less than a month before the date of the wedding will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the total bill.
